@BabyLonia I know someone who began working from home during the pandemic. He has three children, all under 12. When there is no school he takes care of those children as his wife is an essential worker. Tell me how his employer is getting a full day's work out of him when he is caring for his children.

@Sevendays if someone has a job to do then they need to deliver on that job. Maybe he works when they are asleep.

If managed properly there should be no issues with people who wfh
