I think it is time for workers to return to the office, especially municipal and other government employees.

It depends on the job. None of my work could have been done remotely, so I had to be in the office. My daughter-in-law can do most of her work from her home office, and the company flies her to other locations when needed. That made it easy for her to move with her husband when he took a new position in another city.
