My body is beat from manual labor

I've been hurting for money and i responded to a post looking for help for a home demo project. I showed up with a bunch of other men and took down drywall and other crap for 8 hours. I made $140 though cash in hand. Im 52 this August trying to keep up with people half my age. My body hurts

Welcome to pre "getting old".. Learning to pace yourself is OK around the house. But out in the market you really have to figure ways to work starter, not harder..😷
