My body is beat from manual labor

I've been hurting for money and i responded to a post looking for help for a home demo project. I showed up with a bunch of other men and took down drywall and other crap for 8 hours. I made $140 though cash in hand. Im 52 this August trying to keep up with people half my age. My body hurts
