I don't know how to handle this.

My new manager is attracted to me. I know because today she kept commenting on how strong I am and how much of a man I am. Then, later, a female coworker from another department whispered to me, "She wants you."

It's flattering but I'm not interested back. And tbh this is totally unfamiliar territory for me and idk how to handle it or avoid it causing complications in the workplace.

Anyone with more experience with this have advice?

Just don’t think too much about it. Eventually she will stop flirting once she gets the hint you’re not interested. If she asks you out and you don’t want to go just tell her you don’t date people you work with

Maybe she wants to give you a raise? Seriously, business and pleasure shouldn’t and doesn’t mix. Stay away. Talk to your HR if it persists.

Don't mix business with pleasure and if you're going to stay working at that job, ignore her advances. But be subtle not blunt about it.

Start looking for a new job. XXs can’t stand rejection.
