So essentially, according to author Tim Ferris, the secret to his book the Four Hour Work Week...

...is to find something that you can sell online through test runs, then once you find something that works, hire an assistant (virtual or otherwise) and put all of your responsibilities onto them.

This was not covered in his book, but he reportedly had one long-serving assistant quit on him, because he was basically being run into the ground.

What do you think about this?

The online marketplace is so saturated.. margins are slim.

Ive tried every avenue of this.. the most lucrative business is service based. However, you need to implement really good training programs for your staff, otherwise you'll lose quality... and people will pay alot more for quality.
