So how are older people like myself supposed to find jobs?

Granted i have a job but we got a new boss and she's terrible. As a result i want to abandon ship.

Usually managers and administration don’t cultivate friendships with workforce level people…unless you give them some reason to recognize you. iamnikki is absolutely right about volunteering, a good way to stand out …if you choose your volunteer opportunities wisely.
