So how are older people like myself supposed to find jobs?
Granted i have a job but we got a new boss and she's terrible. As a result i want to abandon ship.

It’s too bad but a lot of people get comfortable in their jobs and they don’t keep up with networking and updating their resume. It’s so important to be well known to the leaders, managing principals, and CEOs in your particular field in the city/area where you work. Does the head of your company’s biggest competitor know who you are? They should!
