So I work a job with 90% women
And I like it there. Im on super good terms with all the management and owners etc. I notice that everyone's pretty much best friends talking all day but when it's me there's this very obvious space between me and everyone else. Interactions are mostly very..not forced but I know it's different.
Like I know I'm not "one of the gang". I don't really mind as I'm usually so busy, but it kinda sucks 馃槵
The older women I chat to a lot and there's no weirdness, it's mostly the younger ones.
Makes me feel like a creep or something 馃槓 and I'm not. I feel old 馃槀 and I'm not. Though I am the only guy and I have a beard and I'm covered in tattoos so 馃し馃槀
Probably nothing, but there's definitely a dynamic that's different than other jobs where it was more 50/50. I am on friendly terms with everyone generally speaking. Guess it's my first time experiencing it 馃し
Just wanted to throw this thought out into the wind *sheeuuuum*
