finally got another job interview tomorrow

I'm just terrified honestly. the last one was horrendous because their interviewers/HR people were borderline fighting me and making me defend my life choices when I haven't done anything illegal or straight up stupid that you can read on my resume :/

those are red flags. look up the glassdoor reviews ask though question in return and see how they handle the questions. unless the pay is good you may want to consider the next employer however if you want to keep pursuing this one here are some good questions:

some good ones are

what is your retention YoY (year over year)
when do you need this position filled by
who are some of your competitors and what do you do better than they do?
You said (pick something off your resume that they brought up) that xyz is important, why did you highlight that and why do you feel it is important.

see if they look at you when the respond
