From personal experience i tend to specifically target particular jobs.
I'm not interested in the flannel that often accompanies their wildest dream candidate.
I'm looking at the job description.
To my mind it should have a clear definition of the duties and responsibilities associated.
And if i can hit 8/10 things they want that i know i can do I'll apply.
