Might start my first job soon, 😮‍💨 i'm not feeling well about it!

@thinkingoutloud went to a job fair Monday, get called teusday for an appointment for Thursday, rescheduled to Wednesday. done today need to decide if i want to by Friday. if yes a contract by next week, probably work from the week after.

this is insanely fast for a job i wasn't anticipating i'm not sure i want will, screw up with my cooking classes.
also its based on half knowledge i gained in highschool and first year of college.
i have no trust in myself.

said there will be help and also potential courses.
but even so i'm absolutely terrified!
my mind is calm for lack of processing time. the rest of my head my stomach my heart all quite dislike it.

it's funny this is the fear i feel when i'm so afraid of failing that i'd want to jump of a bridge.
funny is it not? fear of failure being higher than fear of death?

@popmol Change the way you see it. See it as an adventure, with curiosity. See it as a game. If you fail, you have another life to play.

@thinkingoutloud do i? its for the future stuff. luckily i can fall back on my parents otherwise i'd be fucked.

@popmol why don't you finish cooking classes first

@popmol People can make mistakes and come out from it. Why wouldn't you? But I don't know every detail, so you have to look at it objectively and make that decision. If it is a good chance, you could be missing a great opportunity.

@metaldog i don't think these people want to wait for my weekly class to finish in june.
