A customer told me "god bless" today

It's kind of offensive tbh. Like I never let customers get under my skin. I've seen meltdowns, cursing, threats to call corporate, etc. But today I had to go on break because of how annoyed I was.

There's no god. It's fairy tales! 😤💯

Are you serious, that something like that would spin you out that bad. That person didn't know your stance on religion, God or lack thereof. You must really struggle with nice caring kind people

@BlueGreenGrey I really feel like are completely overthinking things other than your complete distant for religion in general. Although if someone had reflected a different God other than a Christian God you would not have posted

@BlueGreenGrey So wishing a blessing on someone.. which is the same as wishing luck is bad?

All it does is allow you to learn a little bit about the person.. “oh they believe in this..”

Funny thing is religious people believe in curses too.. so would you rather they curse you and wish evil upon you? Or them to share the light and good natured parts of what they believe?

Is throwing coins in a wishing well suddenly going to be bad because it’s all wishes?

Should the original poster of this topic get rid of their shitty ass avatar because it’s all humanoid animal furry garbage make believe nonsense?

Should we point out an endless amount of double standards and hypocrisies that can be applied here until you realize you can’t even go watch a movie without something being “make believe” 🙄 like really? This is what is offensive to people now.. wishing each other well? With benevolence???

This is the epitome of first world problems and being ungrateful for genuine kindness…
