I've hated every job I've ever had

Including this new one that I've had for 2 months.
I'm a one-on-one meeting with manager:

Manager: do you have any comments or suggestions?

Me: [insert suggestion]

Manager: that's not how it works around here. We don't do things that way.

So why tf ask for a suggestion then? 😐🤔🤨🙄🤷‍♀️

Most ridiculous job I've ever had in my life.

I have worked those sorts of jobs. I became cynical very quickly. I had to learn overnight that in corporate America, management can and WILL screw up your life, and as an employee, I had to be a team player, or be benched.
