once upon a time, I was an HR intern and I had to tell ALL of the applicants that we would call them even if it wasn't true. I didn't know much better

@wackidywack and then your boss would probably have to tell the poor burger flipper that he is overqualified.

@wackidywack I hope your HR doesn't ask people what's WRONG with them. Its illegal.
