Work is annoying
I have a Gluten intolerance.
A lady offered me some cake. 🍰
Me: no thank you, I don't need any.
Her: yes you do, it's SO good
Me: no I don't, because I have a gluten intolerance, it's not an allergy, but an intolerance and I'd rather not have tummy problems.
Her: oh poor thing
Me: nope, there are plenty of things that are gluten free AND taste good (and others that are horrible)
I hate that people just don't take " NO THANK YOU" for an answer. Why do I have to give an explanation, so that you don't cut me a piece of cake that I do not want/need. 🙄🙄🙄🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🙄🙄🙄
Even my mother doesn't listen. Still busy me cake every year for birthday, despite me asking her not to. Even buys HER favorite flavor, one that I absolutely hate, for MY birthday
