I arrive at work at 4am and there is an Ambulance here.

Someone is about to be transported to hospital.
I know not who or for what reason. I see two of the five workers waiting for the patient to be loaded onto a stretcher. This is being done in the office so I do not know how it is.
Time will tell me.
