I do this a lot. Sometimes I sit in my car deciding if its really worth it. My coworkers make mistakes every day and nobody says a word. I make a mistake and its the end of the world. I work pretty 24/7 as I have to watch everything.

I think this'll resonate with a lot of people, for various reasons....
I was working from home for the best part of 2 years...during Covid...and then asked to go back in with the rest of the gang.
For many reasons, sweetie.....1 being about Covid and working again with people in an enclosed space, and 2, being trans and worrying that the 2 years that had passed had made me lazy in my appearance....so highly worried that I would still 'pass', for want of a better term, as a woman....
But it went fine; everyone was cool. I looked ok too. Everyone missed each other and just instantly made it a comfortable, friendly, family atmosphere.

I’ve dreamt I was still at a job, and I didn’t want to be there. What a relief when I woke up.

I've had jobs I hated that didn't start out that way. For example, a company I worked for changed hands and the new owners managed to run what had once been a successful business into the ground in about 3 years time. I could see it coming but wasn't in a position to just walk away. For the last year or so every day was a challenge. They pissed off customers, they pissed off employees. They took jobs they shouldn't have taken and we worked our asses off to try to get them out of a bind and they didn't appreciate the effort.
