How come technology illiterate person still able to do work?

I feel very irked when some people refused to learn technology.
What worse when asking other coworker to do their job. Seriously?
I wanna flip every table right now.

I know some people even good with techs but they just didn't academically smart and didn't able get a job that they should qualified. Life is so unfair.
