Anyone else here have issues with being too sensitive?

I'm sensitive to people at work. I want everyone to like me and get along with everyone. If someone doesn't seem to like me (especially someone in a leadership role), I get really bothered by it. I just want to know why the person doesn't like me. Anyone else have that problem?

No, I know that if someone gives me a hard look, that maybe they are having a bad day. I won't think too much of it, because I know that it isn't always about me.

@perceptivei You can't really control other people's thoughts. They think what they think, regardless if it's factual, or not.

@Dv8rs I want to be the best person I can be. I really care what people think of me. It's unfortunate that I have a difficult time proving it.

@perceptivei Don't let what you think others think of you change you. By all means, be the best person that you can be, and as long as you are the best person you can be, you don't have to prove anything to anyone, but yourself.
