Anyone else here have issues with being too sensitive?

I'm sensitive to people at work. I want everyone to like me and get along with everyone. If someone doesn't seem to like me (especially someone in a leadership role), I get really bothered by it. I just want to know why the person doesn't like me. Anyone else have that problem?

I am not familiar with this word "Sensitive" you speak of but here is response to rest -

At work if someone does not like me I actually rejoice :D It means they will not pester me unless completely necessary. That means I can do my job or read a book with less distractions. It also means one less smile I have to fake as they walk by.
I sure will NOT try to find out why they do not seem to like me because that might lead to a conversation and future interactions that will just bore me.

As far as "leadership" not liking me, it is a double blessing. Although, at my job, this poster applies. It brings a tear each time I see it. 🤣 -
