Anyone else here have issues with being too sensitive?

I'm sensitive to people at work. I want everyone to like me and get along with everyone. If someone doesn't seem to like me (especially someone in a leadership role), I get really bothered by it. I just want to know why the person doesn't like me. Anyone else have that problem?

Yes.
I dont like to be a problem or the cause of anyones problem. So when they dont like me I feel like its because of something I did and its all my fault.
