Now I'm feeling bad about my new strictly supervisory position at work 馃槄

It feels mean, telling my two assistants to do this and that while I just sit in the office. I said yesterday that I could get used to my job being more laid-back since I've been doing this all on my own for years. But now just two days into it and I can tell it's definitely going to take some getting used to! I'll just try to keep reminding myself that I've earned this, damn it... Also, that's why my two assistants are here: to handle to dirty work. I guess all I can do is make sure I'm doing right by them so they can be happy to have me as their boss.

your job is to train them to be able to do 90% or more of what you know - so you can take off and not stress out when you get back.

your job is to be responsible for their work knowlege and work output - it's may not look like you're doing anything - but you are now responsible for your minions.

it's a blessing
