Interviews are finally done and I am not hiring ANY of these gawd damn greenhorns!! 😡

I truly believe none of the applicants I have interviewed are a good fit for this position in my office. I hate to be like that, but it's what a genuinely believe! All of them, they either didn't take this seriously or they're just not qualified. I had hoped to fill the position soon, especially with how hectic things get around this time of year. But I would rather endure the end-of-year madness with just me and my current assistant than hire any of these people. That's how unqualified I feel they all are! I'd rather bring in a temp, which I think I will do. HR probably isn't going to like that, but I'm putting my foot down. This position is just going to have to stay open.

I was never too impressed with the pool of applicants I got and had a feeling I was going to be disappointed once they were all through. Gawd, I hate it when I'm right...
