Injured again at work

Not of my doing.
I placed a crowbar under a sheet of metal and rested the bar on my foot.
Along came another worker and deliberately trod on the bar somehow not seeing my foot under the bar, thinking he was helping me.
Incredible pressure was applied to my foot and I had to yell to get him to stop.
Very large bruise left on the top of my foot. Limping slightly.
It would have been okay if no one had come along, I had the situation under control.
