Just finished my Equality, Diversity and whatnot training at work.

I think Ive decided it’s safest not to speak or take an interest in colleagues ever again in case they or a third party find a reason to claim discrimination.

The clincher is the statement that - there is no clear definition as to what is unacceptable banter, as this is subjective to the persons involved.

Well. Got a mortgage to pay, can’t be taking risks like being happy.

What bugs me most about this is that not only is it subjective, but it also depends on WHO is complaining

there are some demographics who have their complaints listened to more than others, if yall know what I mean 😂
