Why do I feel like I’m doing something wrong when I decline to work

I’m exhausted 😩 I had the whole week off went back for two days I got today off but she found me a shift and offered it to me

I declined just for today I told her I can work whatever other days this week

I am just genuinely mentally exhausted. I’m getting burnt out and I am bummed because I am not getting to utilize all of my skills

@Wyocowboy when I worked at my old job sometimes when I would get burnt out like this I would take two weeks off sometimes even a month

I don’t really get that same kind of freedom with this job that I have now. I really think it would be in my best interest to get another job so that I can takeoff more time for myself like this when I need it

I get so burnt out I have kids, one is autistic on top of being a FT caretaker. I spread myself too thin sometimes
