I feel bad not being confident in my assistant now 😓

I have today off from work, but went out for a drive, stopping at my workplace along the way during the lunch break. My assistant Bryanna wasn’t there, as expected, but I just wanted to stop in and look at how much work there was since I also took Friday off and we both had Monday off. Bryanna tends to let work pile up when I’m gone, largely due to her inexperience. To my surprise, however, there was only a handful of stuff that got piled up. Either these past few work days have been slow for my office or Bryanna is getting better about keeping on top of our work in my absence. I feel a little bad now, because I went in thinking there was going to be a crapton for me when I come back tomorrow. That would probably hurt Bry’s feelings if she knew that. Maybe I’ll start having a bit more faith in her from now on…
