I wish I was making this shit up…. The guy only spoke Spanish and my Spanish is pretty shit but after a bit of back and forth and a lotta “cómo se dice ____” I was able to figure out what he wanted. Now get this part, dude finally says “I sorry [sic]” and gives me AN APOLOGETIC FIST BUMP and then leaves.

He left. I think maybe I should tell my boss about the incident idk

@Pfuzylogic I feel like in the moment, it must have been very shocking, like it all must have happened too fast for to fully process everything. Still glad nothing too bad happened & its best to report it to the boss.

@Zeuro That would be a good item to ask your supervisor. How do you handle an inappropriate customer without worrying about them using anger as more intimidation. The store must have a standard protocol including calling security.
