Work put me on suspension. Told me to get in contact with the site manager to organise getting back to work and then got surprised by my response?

Which was, "see ya when my money runs out." I mean what were they expecting. There is a reason they can't get anybody else to work as many Night Shifts as I do. Its cause its f#cking hard.
You got 5 people on doing the work of 7 and most times we don't even have 5 people. Quite often its 3. New people work one shift and then I never see them again cause they quit.
I haven't had a vacation in 18 months, I'm tired.
They suspend me for an error they made and then get surprised when I'm happy about it...
