Fired after 22 years

I just got fired from my job of 22 years because I was "saying things" about things I've witnessed in the workplace. Namely a grown man rubbing on underage girls. Playing with their bra straps and rubbing their legs and putting his fingers in the holes in their pants. He's got people convinced he's the greatest guy ever but I've seen him do things. They got rid of every other witness to his crimes so i shouldn't be surprised. I haven't been late or called off in years. But nepitism wins

I'm sorry man I've dedicated the last ten years of my life to fighting against this kind of managerial abuse. It's hard.

You may have recourse but it ain't an easy fight.

That's bullshit but now you can rain down hell from the outside. I'd honestly involve the police and i hate the police but those girls dont deserve to be preyed upon. You did the right thing but unfortunately who you know and who likes you in a company matters more than being a good and loyal worker. Maybe you can get the other witnesses together and take them to court over unjust firing.

That strikes me as grounds for unfair dismissal.
Did you take pics or video of the harassment on your mobile phone?
Did you record the episodes in a journal?

The offender, despite being a relative of whoever runs the place, is clearly causing the loss of many valuable staff. It would be costing the organisation a lot in loss of productivity and costs of finding new people.

@hartfire there are security cameras everywhere but they were "broken" when this happened. It happed too fast for me to record it. But i know the names of the girls
