Do people hate on you because you work remotely?

People are so divisive. I had a manager come do my department a favor that he wasn't obligated to do, then politely ask us to move something for him because it was in his department and belonged to us. Everyone here just rolled their eyes and acted like he was the biggest jerk. He's not. He literally just did us a favor and then notified us of something we needed to know. That kind of attitude puts businesses under.

A bunch of individuals doesn’t make a good team. The best teams have a synergy that brings them to the top. It’s rare. That’s the goal.
