"I’ve always thought it was important to be professional and considerate in everything I do. My friends and even co-workers constantly tell me to just say what's on my mind and stop being “nice” about whatever topic. At home or in my personal life, being blunt is easy; however, at work, I call it being professional. Nowadays, they call it “Politically Correct”. As a person who works best with clear and direct feedback, I can appreciate a level of “work bluntness”. Although, it seems to me that with the declining concept of “Political Correctness” in a professional atmosphere, the complete cycle of work is being disturbing."
