I have so much work to do today but I can't focus 😭

Any tips?

My mind is like:
no we want to watch series 😡
No don't read that mail, you should check that unimportant thing first and keep thinking about that 😡
Oh someone sent and unimportant chat about something you can't attend? Better read it now anyway 😡
You asked your boss to call you about a decision he needs to make and he still didn't? Better think about that all the time even though it's up to him and loose focus on the things you're supposed to do 😡

My tips Kimbo since I’m in the same position

1. Ignore texts or unscheduled calls unless it’s super urgent
2. Put on some headphones with like meditation music
3. You can use your outlook to categorise your tasks, or you can write them down in exact points

Those are some really good tips! I'll replace it with "favourite" music instead of mediation music. Meditation music is too calm and I'm too stressed, the difference between those 2 drives me insane when trying to listen to it haha XD

@IamBack The agenda is pretty okay compared to my other days often, I can’t work overtime when I’m home with Neil by myself so I have to stick to office hours 😂

The annoying thing just is that my husband was supposed to fetch some food, fuel my car that he has been driving around with until it was on reserve, and suddenly he got an urgent call yesterday and took off for idk how many days 😂
So I had to go grocery shopping during lunch break today, I gave all the food there was in the house to Neil, and had a meeting just now which ended a little earlier luckily because I haven’t eaten anything all day 😂 it’s 2 pm so I will quickly unload the car and eat something 😌

I treated myself with a new buddy though 😏
