My ordering system crashed...again. The online store crashed, the membership service crashed.
Since all of them are linked together and we seem to be using the shittiest web hosting service on the interwebs I don't expect miracles in them getting back to working condition anytime soon.
We went live with the new system at the start of June. They were working on the project for 3 years. God knows how tf it can be so buggy with 3 yrs of development.
I don't know any of this stuff, but I feel if you've been given a solid 3 years to deliver a product the product should come as advertised and wrapped in gold.
Just me tho, more knowledgeable folk may know the reality of it better
