When I had my son, his carrier gave me wrist inflammations every few months because of the way I had to put him in the back of the car, not ergonomic and the full weight always went to that 1 wrist.
After a while I felt like nobody would believe it anymore if I still complained about it 😅 I never skipped work because of it, but sometimes I had to ask a colleague to change the water bottle of the dispenser in the office and they always rolled their eyes as if I was pretending to be hurt :/

Oh shit yeah. Only it was incredibly obvious in my case, as I slipped on the ice in front of everyone and my ankle instantaneously swole up. Take care of your feet, lil lady! Take some time off to recover if you have to
