What would you do?

Just received a letter saying that if I don't get my Flu Vacc by now, I will not be able to continue working from 12am on the 11th. They claim the knowledge of this was well communicated the past month, but there has been nothing about it at work and the first email from them mentioning it was 2 days ago...Its 4:23 pm now and I work nights... Bastards!... I was looking to get time off work soon anyway.
Sounds like they screwed up their communication. Maybe that's enough reason to give you a few more days, or give you a day off before the deadline so you can get it?

@NerdyPotato Deadline is Friday 10am. Its Thursday 4:42pm. No one has returned my calls about extending this deadline... It could just be there way of firing me by making it look like I deliberately broke the rules... Which I would not put it passed them.

If there has been no notice you can take it up with HR. Constructive dismissal

@SW-User I am sorely tempted to post on here the letter I sent, but that would not be a smart move. In it they have covered there asses very well If I did take it up with HR or complain else where.
I'd send them a reply except I'm having an anxiety attack after reading that tempted to tell them to get f'd instead.
