I can do it, I actually prefer a more nocturnal lifestyle. The only down part was that society isn’t built for nocturnal people, so I always felt exhausted because I couldn’t keep a consistent sleep schedule.

@666Maggotz Yes especially 6pm to 6am five days. Six days does take the mick. 4 nights? Hmm... could work? 8 hours in the night seems ok. I had to cover xmas 2 weeks nights for 12 hours. Got home at about 7am, thought I will wake at 12pm, do cycling, go town... lol but obviously that doesn't happen. More like just stay indoors and wait for 5.30pm ready for work.
