I don’t even care

I’m sick of hypocrisy at work, they keep saying “we want you to have all these perks because you train people” and then they also are just like
“Well you didn’t sell enough so say goodbye to your bonus!”
Yeah because I was training people?? Like seriously it’s a lose lose with these people, I’m worth more than this 😠

listen AA of course your worth more ,but in present times they really dont care if you stay or go unless you work for a huge company. the whole point of these shortages and high inflation and prices through the roof is to close down the few small/medium businesses that scraped by and managed to survive the first time round, along with starving us forcing people out of their homes and onto the street. people will remember this year as their worse summer and winter for sure. i am sorry your being used thats something else they want us to get use to. lol i read the papers on their next plan they are telling us 3.4 billion people will die this time. its a messed up world we are living in.
