Medical Marijuana and Job Opportunities

I didn't know this, but even if you use marijuana medically and have a medical card for it, you could still face consequences for it if it's found in your system.
On top of that, you can't own a commercial driver's license or a concealed carry permit.
It's not as dangerous as the other drugs it's categorized with.

Sounds fair. If you are stoned out of your gourd albeit legitimately I don't need you driving your tank up the street and firing off a few rounds because it seemed like a good idea.

@GeniUs I don't mean doing other criminal activity. Those that drive under the influence and commit acts of violence should be held accountable for their actions, but what about those that aren't stoned out of their minds that are just working and it's in their system? It can stay in their bodies for around 30 days so it can be detected even if they haven't used it in a while.

@InvictusIndigo Tough one. If you need medical Marijuana I'm going to assume the problems are so bad that you need to use it daily at which point you shouldn't be using machinery etc and your employment opportunities are going to be limited. I'm not sure I'd be happy if somebody with impaired abilities was in a management or administrative job either(lawyer for example).
