Feeling too much pressure

If occasionally you get new tasks and you don't know how to do, it s ok to ask your colleagues. But if every single task is like that I feel too overwhelmed and things seem completely out of my control, I am panicked.

Take a deep breath and exhale gently and slowly. Inhale the scent of your favourite fragrance and slowly blow out the candle. I do this when am overwhelmed. Panic limits oxygen and this fogs the brain. Any manuals or task sheets that explain how to do the task. A manager or senior you can ask for assistance?
