How do you personally respond to being hit on at work?

Do you think it's a bit funny and shrug it off? Do you flirt back a little? Display annoyance? Tell them to screw off?

I had my buttocks pinched while holding a beaker of acid at work by a flirty female. I responded with "wtf, can't you see I'm holding acid?" Yeah, it actually happened.
