I agree with the person below Check your Thyroid i had issues with some immune anxieties when i was 10 yrs in doing hair. Iam a stylist it was a chemical imbalance with my Thyroid it was corrected easily. I hope you still do hair i have been a stylist for 32+ yrs and i enjoy it it got me to meet a lot of new friends and that was an issue with me when i was younger.

Sadly..I KNOW EXACTLY how you feel! This is a constant struggle for me too each day. Persons looking in will never truly understand what it's like to battle this thing constantly. It's a livid nightmare for me at work and I get so depressed and think about quitting often but I'm also afraid I'll be the same at my other job. Anxiety is brutal and make u question everything about your existence. Having to speak up or give presentations at work would absolutely debilitate me and it's scary.. so dang scary

Talking to people of authority or talking on the phone is hell so you can definitely forget presentations. I would harp over it continuously , exhausting myself to prepare. It would be madness. @Alifeinterrupted

I can relate to both anxiety and memory problems i forget things easily i have to repeat in my head i did something like brush my teeth for example several times and write it down on my calendar right away so i dont forget. For me it started when i was 14 along with other issues,I was diagnosed with hashimotos autoimmune thyroid disease so maybe u could have a thyroid problem too?

I will have to look that up. Thanks for the info. The thing I forget a lot is whether I put soap in the laundry, so I run it again. @passingby8

@watchwoman40 Do some reading on thyroid disease see if the symptoms match stuff you feel also its not always easy to get diagnosed you need to have an antibodys test run sometimes to find it there regular tsh test isnt always accurate wasnt for me though i had a lot of the symptoms for it.

Anxiety takes a serious toll on ur system...it depletes ur energy and upsets the hormone axis, leading to chronic fatigue. Find urself a naturopathic doctor who can help u with this...best luck!
