What do you do when you're working when you're bored at work?

I used to open up a folder or some kind of graph...then lean into my screen with my hand cupping my eyes....so it looked like I was really concentrating, studying the content...but I would be sleeping. Never got caught...although one time my hand slipped and I kind of jumped!
