What would you say is the worst aspect about having to collaborate with your coworkers?

We have a lot of drama where I work. The most frustrating thing for me is probably the fact that no matter how hard you try to keep to yourself and work, if someone makes accusations about anything whatsoever, fingers will be randomly pointed. Then you’re on almost everyone’s shit list. And associating with whoever else is on someone’s shit list makes YOU on that shit list because they assume you’re gossiping too. You gotta love working with mostly all women. 🙄💁🏻‍♀️😞
