Your bosses need to get a grip and put a stop to any accusations.Where I work anything like that has to be backed up with evidence and signed statements.People that cause trouble are quickly rooted out and dealt with, they are bad for morale.A happy work environment with mutually supportive colleagues is best.

The head manager isn’t the issue, he listens and asks questions. It’s other employees intermingling or interacting together and with the assistant manager. They make assumptions out loud out of pure speculation and by the time the drama is about to go overboard, the person they’re making accusations about hears about for the first time and is like, “wth is going on here?” @tallpowerhouseblonde

@Thebestof1995 I hear you about employees and the assistant manager. We have specific codes on conduct than can be enforced so no one is subjected to this.Anyone can ask for HR to investigate and enforce, once everyone sees a guilty party get the chop they will not do it again.

There is always some way, somewhere, somehow that I can leave an indelible Mark that comes only from my input so I get at least a smidgen of credit.
