He really smells... how to tell someone they smell bad?
There is one Coworker, really smells bad, sweaty.. not only me but everyone around is annoyed.. How to tell someone they smell without hurting their feelings?? Is it possible or is it rude?

I've actually had to address this with an employee before. I was an assistant manager. I just sat her down privately in my office, told her that several coworkers had made complaints about her hygiene, and warned her that if the complaints continued, action would have to be taken (written warning then more severe actions if still not corrected).

@DearAmbellina2113 I don't know what to say about that, but I understand how it needs to be addressed somehow and there is few ways for an employer that way.
You do know how wrong then though, how wrong it was of a leadhand, acting as supervisor (supervisor was off on vacation), to make public to co-workers when my co-worker said she had to go home for spoiling herself. She asked me to call him back, which I did, of course, I wasn't going to make her chase him down, only hoping, she would say for personal reasons. There is wrong, and then there is *wrong*
