I took the perilous journey into work today after having to do an early morning shop run for my partner. So I did the dutiful thing and messaged my manager saying I'd be late, hoping I'd get a reply along the lines of "No worries, you sexy beast, you just stay at home today", but he just told me it was fine instead.

So I kung-fu'd my way on the train, and then elbow dropped my way onto the underground, and dragon punched my way up the street and towards the office. Stopping only once to help an old lady out of a tree (which is my fault for dragon punching her into a tree).

I then breakdance my way into the office where everyone cheered for my arrival, all three colleagues just shed a tear for seeing me, and then I ask my manager what he needs me to do, because I've got all the assigned work done for the week.

"Oh. Nothing really. Just do a bit of testing or something."

Such a waste of life lost in the path of my devastation of my commute. But it does mean I can have fish and chips for lunch, so we their sacrifice was worth it.

All that disappointment yet still break dancing. Kudos!

@Tomorrow Thank you. It was epic, I would say. Earth shattering almost

@UpsideOutInsideDown I have no doubt that it was. If only I had been blessed to see it.

@Tomorrow It's probably better you didn't. It was far too butch, even the men who saw it ended up pregnant

@UpsideOutInsideDown Holy cow! You should have thrown prophylactics as you dance through the door. It would have been the responsible thing to do.

@Tomorrow I can't be getting responsible with my moves. It would be a slippery slope towards square dancing.
