Do you work with someone who makes your job much easier to do?
I do. If there's a problem no matter how big or how small, she not only has an answer for it, but she's always happy to help!

Yes, this one woman is kinda OCD and wants the setup to be perfect... when she's there before me and has time it can make things amazing!
Of course usually it's not her there... but others are willing to help me when my sections is getting absolutely hammered and their is relatively not being hammered.
Though it's a bit ironic because the people that in theory I'm supposed to be working with won't even do half of the work. So those that are going out of their section, it's very much appreciate it!
And they have claimed they only go out of their section because they know and see that I'm always working (when there is work to be done) and that the others in my section are not even trying to do their share of the work which pulls all of our numbers down.

@Allelse Yeah that's part of the problem, I work with an older lady who is slow... but the bigger problem is that she rather make her special ones look perfect than make she she is covering all of her assignments. Our job is to cover all of them, not to make anything pretty.
Though in this area, there are actually two that are much worse... that don't even seem to attempted to half-ass their job.

@Viper Bloody heck it sounds like a right old mess. I just like to come in, do the core work and deal with the left over shit. I get the core stuff done as soon as possible so it can go out to the other folk in the office so they dont get in hassled about why aren't they doing their work, and everyone is happy. But this old guy, he takes TOO LONG!! And then if he's not there, I get some bugger expecting work to come, coming over to rip my ear off saying "Why the hell aren't the files processed yet!!". And I'm halfway through something or other and usually respond with "What, aye, who. You want what?". Because I have no idea what he's on about, or what the old man has or hasn't done.

@Allelse That's physical the easiest area, so that's where the laziest people like to get their full time assignment to be and yes it is a mess especially on the weekends.
I'm junior, so I don't get an official assignment, I have to move wherever... but while being the physical the easiest, it's the toughest job because mentally you have to deal with so much BS and other people laziness.
Though I also like the physically the hardest job, as I'm basically getting paid to workout! :D
