Would you work at a place. Where your not respected.

Depends on to what extent and what is the deal. I wouldn't work somewhere where I would be facing open disrespect on a daily basis.

I'd also like to add that certain kinds of respect don't come for free and you usually need to earn it. So if you didn't earn it yet by good results, it's not wise to expect it for free.
